Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, an address change or redirection may no longer be possible. If the carrier can redirect the package, an additional fee may apply. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may also require an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Where available, DHL Express delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days after shipment for an additional $25.Delivery estimates do not include our 3–5 business day processing time.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, refunds are no longer available, but eligible items may still be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a $5 return processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds. This fee does not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
